Languages

phpMyAdmin is translated to many languages. Some of them are however in poor state, you are welcome to improve those. See detailed status of all translations how each translation is up to date. If you want to create new translation, see FAQ 7.2.

[edit] Selection of language

Language is first automatically detected from browser preferences (you can usually setup this in your browser, in Firefox it is in Advanced Preferences). After that user can select a different language (either on login page or on main page) and this preference is then stored in a cookie.
